Meadow Hill helps navigate Vermont’s business, political and regulatory landscape, providing management and advocacy services for non-profit trade associations.
Matt Cota is a former journalist and media arts teacher with a master’s degree in public policy and more than 15 years of experience managing non-profit organizations. Elected to the South Burlington City Council in 2021, Cota has also served as a Commissioner on the Green Mountain Transit Agency, the Plainfield Planning Commission, and is the former Chair of the South Burlington Development Review Board. As the founding director of the Split the Ticket Fund, Cota has organized the delivery more than 100,000 gallons of free heating fuel to Vermont's neighbors in need. Cota created Meadow Hill in 2022 to provide management and advocacy assistance to Vermont trade associations focused on energy, transportation, communications, housing, and economic development.
